Daniel Che

Entrepreneurial Marketing & Growth Strategist
Founder-minded operator working at the intersection of growth, launches, business systems, and mission-driven leadership.
I help founders and small teams turn fragmented marketing, tools, workflows, and priorities into working systems.

My background spans growth strategy, performance marketing, launch support, product-minded execution, team coordination, and long-term operational thinking. Alongside commercial work, I am also the Founder & Director of Peaceful World, an international educational nonprofit focused on peaceful education and nonviolence.
What I help with
I work best where a business needs more than channel execution.
  • Fragmented marketing
When acquisition, content, analytics, and execution are disconnected and no one sees the full picture.
  • Launch support
When a product, service, or initiative needs structure, coordination, and practical go-to-market thinking.
  • Funnels and growth systems
When growth is underperforming because tools, priorities, and user flow are not working as one system.
  • Founder support
When founders need a practical partner who can connect strategy, execution, and operational reality.
  • CRM, tools, and workflows
When marketing and operations need better structure, clearer ownership, and sustainable internal systems.
  • Data & Analytics clarity
Translating scattered marketing metrics into actionable business insights so founders know exactly what drives actual growth.

Selected work snapshots

A few compact examples of the kind of work I’ve been involved in across growth, launches, systems, and mission-driven operations.
Growth and marketing systems for SMBs
I helped founders turn scattered acquisition, analytics, websites, and workflows into clearer growth systems. This often meant clarifying priorities, choosing the right tools, and translating business goals into practical execution.
Launch support and go-to-market coordination
I supported product and service launches through positioning, naming, analytics, website structure, paid acquisition, and team coordination. My role was usually to bring structure where good ideas lacked operational clarity.
Educational media and audience building
I built a long-form educational platform around philosophy, ethics, and nonviolence, growing it into a trust-based audience with 83K+ subscribers and 40+ audiobooks. This work combined strategy, research, content production, and long-term positioning.
Mission-driven operations and digital infrastructure
At Peaceful World, I have worked not only on content and partnerships, but also on operating systems: volunteer coordination, documentation, CRM-related structure, tooling, and security-minded workflows for distributed collaboration.

Professional background

My path has been multidisciplinary from the start. I did not grow inside a single narrow corporate function. I built practical business judgment through entrepreneurship, client work, launches, operations, and direct responsibility.
Growth, marketing, and launches
Over the past 10+ years, I have worked across growth strategy, performance marketing, launch support, analytics, CRM, websites, funnels, and product-adjacent execution. My role has often been to connect scattered moving parts into something workable and coherent.
Agency leadership and distributed teams
As the founder of a marketing agency, I led client-facing work, assembled project-specific teams, and translated founder goals into practical systems and execution. I have often worked as a bridge between business needs and the specialists required to move a project forward.
International and cross-cultural work
I have worked across contexts involving Ukraine, India, the US, the Philippines, and broader international collaboration. This strengthened my ability to work across different communication styles, expectations, and cultural environments.

Early Public Talks

These talks come from an earlier chapter of my public work. They show two important lines of my path: communication and social visibility on one side, and science, innovation, and human-centered impact on the other. I keep them here not as nostalgia, but as part of the road that later led me toward Peaceful World: from asking how ideas spread to asking which ideas are truly worth spreading.
Innovation Science: Tech for Real Change
In this early talk, I presented the idea behind Innovation Science — a hackathon format designed to bring together scientists, doctors, IT specialists, engineers, entrepreneurs, and communicators to work on practical solutions for real human problems. The central question was simple: why should our best technologies be used mostly for entertainment, when they could help address medicine, climate, food systems, accessibility, and the quality of human life?

That question still feels close to my current work. Peaceful World later became focused on peace education and nonviolence, but the deeper impulse was already present here: technology, knowledge, and creativity should serve life.

Guerrilla Marketing for Social Projects
A practical workshop for activists and social-project teams on how to use guerrilla marketing, public-space creativity, storytelling, memes, humor, and low-budget communication to make important causes visible. The session included live work with the audience on campaign ideas for reducing plastic-bag use and promoting ecological habits.

Looking back, this talk feels like an early bridge between my marketing background and my later work with Peaceful World: a search for ways to help meaningful ideas spread without waiting for large budgets or institutional power.

Peaceful World

Peaceful World is an international educational nonprofit I founded to help make peaceful education, ethics, and nonviolence more accessible.

In addition to content and strategy, this work has involved building long-term infrastructure: volunteer coordination, documentation, digital operations, security-minded workflows, tool selection, and cross-cultural collaboration across a distributed mission-driven environment.

This is not separate from my professional background. It reflects the same qualities I bring to other work: long-term thinking, systems building, clear values, and practical responsibility.
Podcast Interview
World BEYOND War Podcast · 2026

World BEYOND War is a global nonviolent movement working to end war and build a just and sustainable peace through education, activism, media, and international campaigns.
Revolution & Evolution
A long-form conversation with Marc Eliot Stein about Peaceful World, ahimsa, peace education, counterculture, Ukraine, anger, militarism, and the possibility of human evolution beyond war.

This interview is one of the clearest public introductions to my current work. We speak about nonviolence not as passivity, but as a demanding cultural, educational, and spiritual project — a movement from inherited violence toward a more conscious form of humanity.

Values & scope

I am especially interested in education, ethical tech, socially useful products, mission-driven organizations, meaningful media, and founder-led projects with real substance.

I do not work with military or defense-related projects, gambling, tobacco, alcohol, addiction-driven products, or exploitative business models.

I value clarity, honest communication, independent thinking, and practical discussions about real business problems.

How I work

I think in systems, not isolated tasks. I work comfortably across strategy and execution, and I do my best work with founders and thoughtful teams that value clarity, honest communication, and practical problem-solving over performative hiring language.

Education & Credentials

My path was shaped more by direct responsibility than by formal titles alone, but I have also invested consistently in structured learning across law, product thinking, project management, and digital marketing.

Selected credentials include:
— Bachelor of Law
— Product Management Certificate
— Google Ads Certifications
— Google Analytics Certification
— Google Project Management Certificate

Additional certifications and background materials are available on request and on LinkedIn.
